Ferries, freighters, and tugboats frequent the Cheboygan River harbor. A bascule drawbridge crosses the Cheboygan River. Bois Blanc Island and Mackinac Island are wonderful day-trip experiences available only a short ferry ride away.

Cheboygan State Park features hundreds of acres of beaches, woods, and dunes. Many marked trails provide hours of adventure and discoveries.
